Reflections from "As a man thinketh" by James Allen

Allen states that "Character is simply the sum of our thoughts. And character manifests itself in our environment and through our circumstances. So, the outer condition of your life is always a reflection of your inner state".

Awareness: This is a truth I can’t run from so I need to learn to engage it in my favour.
Take action: Plant thoughts in my mind in line with what I want to see in my character and the outer circumstances of my life.
