Live life by design not default

Lagos, Algarve, Portugal

Hello

Today's post is a quote by Ralph Waldo Emerson.

“Guard well your spare moments. They are like uncut diamonds. Discard them and their value will never be known. Improve them and they will become the brightest gems in a useful life.”

Awareness: My spare time is a precious commodity that should not be regarded lightly, once gone, it’s gone.

Change/Take Action: I will redefine the way I see and use my spare time. I will use and continue to use my spare time as an opportunity to improve myself, my skills and my life in general for the future I wanted to see tomorrow.

For me, in a nutshell, this means living by design and not by default.

With less than six months to go, there's no telling what you and I can accomplish in between that time. Don't give up hope, kee...
