Reflections from "As a man thinketh" by James Allen

"Every act of man is as a result of thought. Character can only manifest in environment and circumstance. Even the body responds to the thoughts a man allows, good thoughts encourage a strong, graceful body and the reverse is true."
Awareness: As I continue to grasp this concept, I'm developing a greater appreciation for the thoughts that I entertain in my mind and I now truly understand that they will eventually manifest in my environment/circumstance.
Take action: Continue to examine my thoughts and take charge.
