Awareness - I must always be alert and watchful over my thoughts, there can be no slacking in this area. Made me think of all the scriptures that admonish to be alert, watchful and of a sober mind. Change / Take Action - I will continue to watch my thoughts so I don't loose ground or slip back into what i've conquered.
