Thankful Saturday

Happy weekend

I'm sat at my desk staring out the window, wondering when the sun will come out to play and trying to motivate myself to do my weekend workout. The weather may not be great but I am thankful for what we may class as insignificant, like the amazing black coffee I had this morning and my nice comfy bed to lie in :) Who doesn't like a good lie-in?

These minor things are easily overlooked, but I'm training myself to find things in my day to be grateful for. It makes such a vast difference.

So what are you grateful for today? Drop me a line.

Awareness: I hold the key to the change I desire, I must learn to look inwards and begin to work this principle in my life.

Take Action/Change - As master of my fate, I will no longer have a victim mentality but turn it around by working on the inner garden of my mind/thoughts
